Step 1:
Open the graphic of your choice, duplicate by selecting the Shift plus D key and close your original original graphic.

Step 2:
Resize your image to 350 Width on Longest side. Then go to Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

Select your Magic Wand with the following settings, Matchmode: RGB Value, Tolerance 0, Feather 0, Sample Merge Unchecked, and select your border.

Step 9:
Making sure your background is still set to white, set your foreground to pattern, and select your minimized image with scale at 50% and Angle at 45.

Step 10:
Go to Image/Add Borders and add a 25 symmetrical border, select the white border with your magic wand.

Step 11:
Floodfill the white border with your image.

Step 12:
Keep selected and go to Effects/Artistic Effect/Topography using the following settings: Width = 50, Density = 100, Angle = 166, Color = White. Go to Selections/Select None.

Step 13:
Making sure your background is still set to white, add a 8 symmetric border. Select border with magic wand and apply the same bladepro preset as used earler. Keep selected.
